Villa Madeleine Condominiums is comprised of 43 villas located on a hillside and overlooking the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea. One side overlooks the Reef Condos and Golf Course and Divi Carina Bay Hotel and Casino on the other side of the hill.
Within five minutes drive from the condos you’ll find sandy white beaches perfect for snorkeling and diving. You won’t have to drive more than five minutes to find golfing at The Reef, dining at the popular Duggan’s Reef, marinas, the St. Croix Yacht Club and Point Udall; the easternmost point in the US.
Each condo villa is separated with lush tropical landscaping and small gardens. All condo villas feature french doors opening out to a enclosed courtyard featuring a sun deck and private pool along with your panoramic views of the hills and the Caribbean Sea.

Items covered by the Villa Madeleine Condo Association Fee are as follows:
Three ceiling fans – Hunter original fans in white are used as replacements
The insides of the toilets- new toilets may be bought by owners at any time.
Hot water heaters replaced with Instahot in second bedrooms and small storage heater for kitchen and MBR.
The water pumps and pool pumps repaired or replaced as needed.
Pipes in the walls
The cisterns, not the water within, are cleaned and repaired by the association.
Routine pool cleaning including chemicals.
Periodic water testing may determine that pool water should be dumped and replaced. This is at the owners’ expense and owners will be notified before it is done.
Security: Night security guard.
Trash removal from dumpsters.
Basic cable service and internet service.
Grounds keeping and landscaping (includes regular pruning and/or replacement of existing flora as
well as installation and maintenance of plant irrigation systems)
A master insurance plan which covers flood.
