As the Managing Broker of Sea Glass Properties’ St. Croix office, I continue to stand out in the U.S. Virgin Islands real estate market, ranking No. 2 among individual real estate agents across St. Croix and St. Thomas in closed dollar sales volume as of July 28, 2026. I serve buyers and sellers throughout St. Croix, including Christiansted, the East End, North Shore, South Shore, Frederiksted, and the island’s waterfront and luxury communities.

By July 17, I had personally closed more than $22.95 million in sales volume across 24 transactions, with an average sale price of approximately $956,494. This ranking reflects my individually attributed closed sales volume rather than production credited to an entire brokerage or office. This achievement reflects my extensive local market knowledge, years of experience, and commitment to providing personalized guidance to my clients through every stage of their real estate journey.

Residential Homes

The residential market remained active throughout June with:

• 33 new listings
• 30 properties sold
• 172 median days on market

Compared to last year, buyers are taking more time before making purchasing decisions, but well-priced homes in desirable locations continue to generate strong interest.

Condominiums

The condominium market experienced encouraging momentum.

• 31 new listings
• 24 condos sold
• 112 median days on market

Compared to June 2025, condominium sales more than doubled while the average marketing time improved significantly, demonstrating growing confidence among buyers seeking low-maintenance island living.

Land

Interest in land continues to remain steady.

• 37 new listings
• 21 parcels sold
• 263 median days on market

Land purchases naturally require more planning, but many buyers continue investing in St. Croix with long-term plans to build custom homes or expand their investment portfolios.

Residential Rentals

Rental demand also remained healthy across the island.

• 71 new rental listings
• 34 leased properties
• 61 median days on market
